at the 5^th Annual TRIANGLE OKTOBERFEST
on Friday, October 19th and Saturday, October 20th

In keeping with our guiding principle of “Service above Self”, the Apex Sunrise and Cary MacGregor Rotary Clubs have again partnered together in collaboration with the Town of Cary to host the 5th Annual Triangle Oktoberfest at Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre.  We have created the largest and most authentic German festival in central NC with a focus on family fun, traditional Bavarian food and fare, and plenty of local and authentic German beers from Munich, all to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of NC and many other local and international charities.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO AND HOW YOU CAN HELP

 By sponsoring the 5^TH Annual Triangle Oktoberfest, you’ll be supporting our efforts to support great causes including matching health, hunger, and humanity grants abroad, Alzheimer’s research, US Veterans Corps, Western Wake Crisis Ministry, disaster relief, youth scholarships and exchange, and to just name a few.  To date, the Triangle Oktoberfest Rotary Foundation, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has contributed over $100,000 from the proceeds.  For this year, we are again excited to designate the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as our main beneficiary.

Our goal this year is $100,000 and we can do it with your support!  Sponsorship opportunities range from the $10,000 Mὓnich level for Event partner to $2,500 Glockenspiel level for Signature events to $1,000 Edelweiss level for employee outings to “in-kind” services, and anywhere in between.  We can come up with a sponsorship that works for you and creates a “win-win” for everyone.

 JUST A FEW HIGHLIGHTS ABOUT WHAT MAKES THE FESTIVAL SPECIAL

• Over 40 beers including Hofbrau, Paulaner, Bitburger, Konig Ludwig Dunkel, Ayinger, and Spaten from Mὓnich, along with a variety of seasonal Oktoberfest and local craft beers
• Traditional Bavarian food from Capital Club 16, Annelore’s German Bakery, and, of course, fire-grilled Brats from the Butcher’s Market
• Live entertainment with the famous Polka Brothers from New York City
• The most exciting and just plain cool Wiener Dog Races in North Carolina
• Masskrugstemmen (Stein Hoist) and Hammerschlagen (Hammer-Striking) Competitions
• And a kid-friendly Kinder Platz with inflatables, face painting, and more
