OKTOBERFEST BASICS

Triangle Rotary Oktoberfest makes every effort to provide an enjoyable experience for our patrons each year. Our message is to “have fun, stay safe, stick with your friends, as we want you back next year.” This will be a family-focused event, with the best in authentic food and beverage to live entertainment with music, dancing and real traditional Oktoberfest contests.

The information below are some Oktoberfest basics that will guide you towards an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re a first time “fest-goer” or veteran you’ll find this information handy.

Admission

2022 Triangle Rotary Oktoberfest tickets are required for admission to Cary’s Booth grounds.

Admission is for 1 Day only.
Friday, September 30th from 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday, October 1th from 1:00pm to 10:00pm

Grounds

The 2022 Triangle Rotary Oktoberfest will be operating from Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre. There will be a small parking fee per car and all activities, entertainment and family fun will take place within the grounds. Security will be provided and on-site for any emergency needs.

Atmosphere

Oktoberfest is open to all ages from toddlers to grandparents. We want your whole family here! Some areas of the grounds are limited to patrons 21 and over only. The whole venue will be decorated to emulate Munich-style Oktoberfest from tents to decor to music and personnel/volunteers. You don’t want to miss out!

Food

The whole venue will have easily accessible food tents and tables from numerous local and regional food vendors. You won’t go home hungry!

Beer/Beverage Sales

• Beer is sold in 21-and-over areas
• All beer is sold via a ticket system
• Bar staff/Volunteers do not accept cash
• Beer tickets are available for cash sale at the designated ticket tables and can be purchased via cash or credit card
• Soft drinks, water and wine drinks are available with drink tickets as well
• ID’s are checked and of-age patrons are wrist-banded to identify as such
• Oktoberfest adheres to all responsible serving regulations and protocols. Professional security is employed to assist with enforcement.
